Beta version. Websonance is in a private beta, and this page will change before the public release. Each new version is posted here with its date, and people with an account hear about it by email before it applies.
Terms of Service
Beta version · last updated October 19, 2026
1. Who we are
Websonance ("Websonance," "we," "us") is operated by Carnocta LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You can reach us at support@websonance.com.
2. Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use websonance.com, websonance.app, any frame or page served from them, and any page we host for you at your own domain. By using Websonance, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Websonance.
3. Who can use Websonance
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they agree to these terms on your behalf. If you use Websonance for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
4. Your account
Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, WorkOS. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us right away at support@websonance.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
5. The sandbox
The sandbox is not available during the private beta. When it is, you can try Websonance without an account. Everything you make in a sandbox is deleted 24 hours after the sandbox was started. Frames you publish from a sandbox are publicly viewable until then. If you create an account from a sandbox, its frames move into your account and are no longer deleted automatically.
6. Your content
You own what you create on Websonance. So we can run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, and display your content as needed to operate Websonance, including serving your published frames and pages to anyone who loads them, at websonance.app addresses or at your own domain. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies that briefly remain in backups as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for having the rights to everything you put into a frame, including text, images, logos, and links.
7. Publishing is public
A published frame or page can be viewed by anyone who has its link or visits a page that embeds it, and search engines may index a hosted page. The "Allowed websites" setting tells browsers where a frame may be displayed. It does not make the frame's content private. Don't publish anything you need to keep confidential.
8. Information you collect from others
If you use Websonance to collect information from people, for example with a form, their submissions pass through our servers on their way to the address you choose. Websonance does not store them. You're responsible for telling those people how you'll use their information, and for handling it lawfully.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use Websonance to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- publish content that sexually exploits minors, or that harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- distribute malware, phishing, scams, or other deceptive content;
- impersonate a person or organization;
- collect personal information without proper notice or consent;
- send spam;
- interfere with, overload, or probe Websonance, bypass its security or usage limits, or scrape it;
- resell Websonance without our permission;
- connect a domain you don't own or control.
We may remove content, disable any web address or page, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice where needed. To report abuse or infringement, write to support@websonance.com.
10. Limits and changes to the service
Websonance has usage limits, such as how many frames you can create, how large they can be, and how many changes you can make in a short time. Websonance is evolving, so we may add, change, or remove features. Features marked as beta or "under construction" may change or stop working.
Free <name>.websonance.app addresses are not reserved: when you remove one, or close your account, anyone can claim the name. We may reclaim or disable any address.
11. Price
Websonance is free today. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and you won't be charged unless you agree.
12. Ending your use
You can close your account at any time from your Account page. Closing it permanently deletes your workspace and frames, and any embeds of those frames stop working.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue Websonance. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice first.
13. Disclaimers
Websonance is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that Websonance will be uninterrupted or error-free, that embeds will display on every website, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Websonance. Our total liability for any claim relating to Websonance is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of Websonance, or your breach of these terms or of anyone else's rights.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. For material changes, we'll let you know by email or with a notice in Websonance before they take effect. If you keep using Websonance after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of where you live.
